Due to the nature of these items sold, all sales are final, meaning that these items are non-refundable, returns and exchanges aren’t available. Damaged Products
Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and submit it through the contact form linked here, including the photo and the order number. Pictures are required to process a replacement order for a damaged item. Once the form has been submitted, a customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.
